Hehe I thought I had better remind you given that it has been so long since I blogged !! There is a good reason for my absence though, I have been to Sri Lanka. I wont bore you with all my holiday snaps on here but if you would like to have a nosey then I have the (very) edited highlights on Flickr here.
I have been making beads since my return, unsurprisingly inspired by Sri Lanka. This is one of the "rocks" sets I have made, all with colours inspired by places we stayed or visited. This set was inspired by the jungly Kandalama Hotel (picture below).

Beautiful beads! I can definitely understand why you have come back from Sri Lanka with this inspiration. It's an amazing country. We went there for our honeymoon in 1999. I have just checked out your fab pics on Flickr - thanks for the trip down memory lane...
